The dormitories are split into four houses, each house able to accommodate 30 students. The dorms are co-ed, with two house masters/matrons that live in with the students.

Each house is equipped in the same manor, the living room and dining room being the communal areas. There is high speed wi-fi access with some restrictions, and each room has a small, en-suite bathroom.

Three large barns are situated on the other side of the property. Each barn contains 50 6mx6m stalls, horses living in the lap of luxury it seems.

Student and staff horses are housed here under 24 hour surveillance, with a live in vet on the property. Tack rooms and feed rooms are locked at night to ensure the safety if a horse should escape.

The barn managers do not take any nonsense, so I suggest you tread lightly.

The barn complex at Titan is top class and there is not a speck of sawdust out of place. Titan prides itself on providing for every level of competitor and equine.

Titan has it all it seems. The race horse complex takes up most of the property, but these stall are occupied by various owners and trainers. The best of the best bloodlines are often housed here, and for some it's like walking into a candy store.

All the arena's at Titan can be found here. Like most things, expenses weren't spared and these arena's are of an Olympic quality.

East Ventura is mainly Downtown Ventura. You have the local parks which are great to take your dog or go riding. There is also a museum, a mall, and of course the Ventura General Hospital.

South Ventura is very much the college setting. It caters to the younger demographic since the University of California Ventura resides there. You'll find a big party scene including many themed bars and music venues. Bands come here frequently to play, including Curtis Bennett's band, Dead Air makes appearances at venues throughout the area.

Keeneland was established in 1937, and is located in Lexington, Kentucky. Keeneland is most well known for it's extensive library on the topic of Thoroughbred Horse Racing and is well worth the visit when in the area.

Another draw card is the Keeneland Sales that are held four times a year. Prospective buyers are welcome to attend these events.

Churchill Downs is located in Louisville, Kentucky. Best known for hosting the Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby on the first Friday and Saturday of May.

Pimlico was officially opened in 1870, and is situated in Baltimore, Maryland. The track is most well known for it's annual running of the Preakness Stakes, the second jewel in the Triple Crown. The second most noted event in this track's history is the match between Seabiscuit and War Admiral.

There is stabling for about 1000 horses, and the seating capacity, including the infield, is 120 000.
